PRE-ORDERS – OUR DISPATCH PROMISE
As a long-established wine merchant, we dispatch pre-ordered and reserve stocks strictly upon their physical arrival. Such items may travel separately from your immediate-purchase wines, depending on our cellar workflow.
PARTIAL CONSIGNMENTS
When your order contains both ready and forthcoming goods, we may send them in successive consignments. Each consignment will bear its own carrier reference.
ALTERING YOUR ORDER
We begin preparing your order promptly upon receipt. Consequently, changes are seldom possible. If delivery details must be revised, please telephone our office without hesitation.
DESPATCH NOTICES
We shall notify you each time a consignment leaves our premises. Account holders may also view progress via our online cellar door.
PRIORITY OF WORK
Our cellar staff sequence work according to incoming deliveries and daily throughput – this ensures all customers receive equal attention.
RECEIPT AND OVERSIGHT
We recommend regular tracking checks and confirmation that your delivery address remains attended. Should any concern arise, contact us.
